It’s interesting, and a little bit strange at the same time, that I am staring to talk about the topic of coats only in December. I guess, I should have started the conversation like a month ago. Or, Ideally, back in like October. But as they say, better late than never, right? Plus, I had so much content to catch up on during November that was postponed. So excuse my lateness.
What I wanted to talk about today is actually my strategy with coats this Autumn/Winter season. So basically I decided to invest in 3 coat pieces that I could wear all season long and that would match the majority of my outfits. What I invested in are a grey belted coat from H&M, you could have seen it in my previous posts, this very black one also from H&M and a quilted beige-ish coat from Mango, my latest investment that you will see up on the blog later this month.
But today I would like to concentrate more on this black piece and the outfit I mixed it with. Here it’s all about the classics. Classics in all terms – the pieces, the cut of each piece, the colours and colour combination in general. It’s all about that formal intelligence that I adore so much.
