That’s the season of gloomy weather and rainy days. What do we need on such sort of days? Right, an umbrella. But does your umbrella usually match your outfit? Or it’s an accessory you don’t really think about when creating a seasonal wardrobe?
For me it’s highly important that the colour of umbrella matches my outfit of the day. But, considering the fact that sometimes I may have a total white outfit or total beige or even a colourful one, this means investing heavily into quite a big amount of umbrellas. So I found a proper solution…
I decided to add a transparent umbrella to my wardrobe. An umbrella that would match 100% of my outfits, be it something more feminine or romantic or be it something more casual and edgy, just like today’s outfit. Also, have to say that it was under the influence of some Instagram accounts, in which I saw photos of women creating stunning pictures with such an umbrella while it was raining.
So, as you see, we already came up with two reasons why one may need a transparent umbrella in her fashion arsenal. First, it can match many different styles. And, second, it’s a good tool which one can use to create interesting content.
Speaking of the outfit, here I really wanted to create something quite casual yet I wanted to play around different textures, like leather, denim and suede. And have to say that a mix of these three textures adds twist to such quite a simple combination.
