Yes, this outfit is really inspired by the style of Dior. Here we have sort of associations that take us back to this fashion house and typical French style. Even though, the outfit is actually created around a skirt of Latvian designer Reinis Ratnieks.
By the way, it’s not the first time that I do come across this designer. If you missed the stories that were created with some of his items several years ago, then I would recommend you to check some of these – In Jelgava with Reinis Ratnieks, White Skin Black Dress, Made in Latvia and Black Bag Backpack + Reinis Ratnieks Top.
How do you think, where did I get this skirt from? Exactly. My beloved Andele Mandele reselling platform. The only thing that bothered me was the length of this skirt. I was considering it can be quite shorter, but the length turned to be just perfect for me. Midi is something that I do prefer more these days.
Midi length skirt, striped top, massive sunglasses and actually Dior slingbacks – all this together creates such a typically French outfit. The only thing that can be added, I guess, to add even more emphasis to this outfit is the beret hat. But, I still decided not to add it and keep the look more simple and modern.
