Not only buying it or seeing it in the pastry shops, I love baking it all myself. So, I decided to share my baking experiences with you! I will share recipes and support it with photos. Hope you will enjoy it and find something interesting!
As you might remember, I finished last year with my Practical Queen AP Bakery post. And as I already mentioned in one post, bakery is my biggest weakness. I adore all the delicious cakes, cookies, etc…
Welcome to Practical Queen AP Bakery! Here’s the first try – oatmeal cookies:
Ingredients: 200g butter, 150g sugar, 2 eggs, 150g oat flakes, 2 tsp (tea spoons) baking powder, 150-200g flour. Cookie cutters I used are from Lakeland.
How we do it: mix butter with sugar. Add eggs and mix it again. Add oat flakes and mix it. Meanwhile, combine baking powder with flour and add it to already mixed mass. Mix it all once again. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 1 hour. Then roll out the dough (slightly) and make different figures using cookie cutters. And bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
