The collection of gowns is really wide, show-casting pieces from different decades, from 1960 to present. Interesting that in some pieces the influence of a certain decade is felt, whereas others seem timeless. The wedding dress worn by Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece in 1955 finishes the catwalk of the exposition.
Just came back from a truly interesting, amazing and inspirational exhibition of Valentino exhibition that is a major even in London now. Valentino: Master of Couture presents a private view on the Valentino’s world through sketches and personal photos, the haute couture creations and the processes of creating this beauty.
What can I say, the exhibition is worth to see. I’m impressed by the craftsmanship of this Italian designer, a designer who brings the excellent style within his creations. It’s designer’s 50 years of carreer that are placed in one room. Don’t miss this event!
